Now if you’re wondering how I get those bubbles in Ms. Bracewell’s selfie is this app. I have the paid version of Paint FX, but you can get the FREE if you like instead. The paid version is $1.99 & universal to the iPad. I figured it’s worth paying the $1.99 because of the effects it offers and the masking you can do with the effects you apply. This app is FREE for a limited time but in order for the full use of this app you have to pay the $.99/£59 to make it full app. My honest opinion, it’s ok for the crazy extreme editor such as myself and others out there. The down fall is resolution is not high only 2mp. That’s considered low in the 4s range. I’m not sure what the res is different on the iPhone 4 or 3GS.
